Once we receive your completed intake form, your blast enters our processing queue. Your dashboard will show an estimated completion time. Most blasts begin within the hour.

Our team submits your product to every directory on the list, using a combination of automation and manual work where directories require it.

After submitting to each directory, we verify that the submission was received. For directories with instant approval, we confirm the listing is live. For editorial queues, we log the submission receipt.

Once submissions are complete, we generate your full report. The report includes every directory, the submission status (live, pending review, or rejected), and live links where available.

Delivery

Your report is delivered via dashboard, email, and webhook (if configured). You'll receive a direct link to your report and can download it as CSV at any time from your account.

URL is publicly accessible
We verify your product URL is reachable before starting. Directories will reject submissions that link to offline or password-protected pages.
Descriptions pass length checks
Each directory has different minimum and maximum character counts. We adapt your descriptions to comply with each platform's requirements.
Category is matched accurately
Mismatched categories lead to rejections or poor placement. We review each directory's taxonomy and select the closest match for your product.
Rejections are handled
Any directory that rejects your submission is noted in your report with the reason. We will resubmit once at no cost and include an outreach email template for editorial directories.
