Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using List My Product (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Firmhound LLC, a Delaware limited liability company managed by Harris Holding Company LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service

List My Product is a directory submission service. Upon purchase of a blast, our team submits your product to 50 or more startup directories, software review sites, and listing platforms on your behalf. You provide product information via an intake form; we handle all submissions and deliver a report within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that these conditions are met. Organizations may use the Service, in which case "you" refers to the organization and its authorized representatives.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the product information you submit. By placing an order, you represent that:

• Your product exists and is publicly accessible at the URL you provide at the time of submission.
• The information you provide (name, description, screenshots) is accurate and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Your product does not promote illegal activity, contain malware, or violate the terms of service of the directories we submit to.
• You have the right to authorize us to submit your product on your behalf.

Payment

The Service is offered at $49 per blast, payable at the time of order. All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the stated amount. This is a one-time charge; there are no recurring fees or subscriptions unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Delivery and turnaround

We aim to complete all submissions within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form. Submission times may vary for directories that require editorial review or manual approval processes. The 24-hour commitment covers our submission of your product to directories, not approval by those directories.

What we guarantee

We guarantee submission to a minimum of 40 directories per blast. If we fail to reach this threshold, we will reprocess your blast at no additional charge. We do not guarantee:

• Approval or listing by any specific directory (each directory makes independent editorial decisions).
• Specific search rankings or traffic increases.
• Acceptance timelines set by third-party directories.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your product and the product information you provide. You grant Firmhound LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use your product information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your blast order. We will not use your product information for any other purpose.

The List My Product brand, website, and service design are owned by Firmhound LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to submit products that:

• Are fraudulent, deceptive, or misrepresent the nature of the product.
• Contain malware, spyware, or malicious code.
• Promote illegal activity or violate applicable laws.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Are adult content, weapons, or controlled substances.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order if we determine it violates this section. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRMHOUND LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT BLAST ORDER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Firmhound LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
